WeatherTexter is a daily weather-forecast text service operated by Grayson Pike. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact info@graysonpike.com.
When you sign up we collect your mobile phone number (for text delivery) or your email address (for email delivery) — never both — plus your US ZIP code and a record of your consent (the consent language you agreed to, when you agreed, and the network address the sign-up came from). Providing a phone number is optional: if you choose email delivery, we do not collect a phone number at all. This information is provided by you; we do not collect it from third parties.
Your phone number or email address and ZIP code are used solely to deliver the daily weather forecasts you requested. We do not use your information for any other purpose.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and email addresses are never sold, rented, or shared. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
You opt in to WeatherTexter messages only by submitting the sign-up form, which displays the full messaging disclosure directly above the sign-up button. At sign-up you choose either text message or email delivery; consenting to text messages is never a condition of using the service. For text subscribers, you can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive no further messages, or reply HELP to any message for assistance. Email subscribers can unsubscribe via the link in any email.
You will receive 1 message per day. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
We retain your phone number or email address, ZIP code, and consent record while you are subscribed. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@graysonpike.com, and your personal data will be removed.
